Parashah Lite Edition (Focuses on one verse or idea anywhere in the readings - this week the verses are outside the readings)

If he did not spare the ancient world, but preserved Noah, a herald of righteousness, with seven others, when he brought a flood upon the world of the ungodly....making them an example of what is going to happen to the ungodly" (2 Peter 2:5-6).

The Bagel: Swept clean.

The Great Flood of Noach is a warning for all time. There was a day of judgment upon those who decided to be ungodly. There will be a judgment for any who want to follow down that road. It would be far better and safer to escape the wrath of G-d upon sin by fleeing to the Savior Yeshua. Otherwise, you will be swept clean not by water, but by fire in the next judgment.

Cream Cheese: Faith is the ultimate fire insurance.
